Red Death! It's baaaaaaack! This was an awesome gun to work on, as it was one of my favorite D1 weapons in the crucible (Crimson's just not the same 🙂). For this D2: The Final Shape version, a lot of the old body geo had to be remade to spec, as some of the OG model was lost over time -- and new parts/textures/shaders/holo made from scratch. The designers wanted to bring it back and update its identity -- to breath new life into it and separate it a bit more from Crimson. For the D2 version, the gun has been redeemed/cleansed, and is now a solar weapon! Of course, Red Death wouldn't be complete without its OG 'heavy metal' look, so I made the skin for that as well -- respectfully updated and solar-fied. I loved updating the sights for these, and bringing the 'Red Death' identity to the optics as well. So excited this is back in Destiny!
